Its been a long time coming, and there is still much to go. I have been wrestling with some big things behind the scenes after the past (not the least of which was the mental strain of feeling like no matter how hard I tried or what I did, all my progress in content creation would just be taken away from me again), but about a month ago I finally decided to get serious. 

I've been tinkering with things here and there for months, a little coding there, a little planning there, and never stopped writing. But the idea of jumping back into creating full bore again kept me from doing anything that could be seen from the outside looking in. Bits and pieces, and an ever growing stack of stories that would never see the light of day....or the dark of night. 

But I made the decision about a month and a half ago, that it is time. It is time to return. It is time to get serious. I miss creating. I miss my community. I miss sharing my stories. And looking at the calendar, the timing was just about right. 

If I really knuckled down, I could do all the things necessary to relaunch this content creation journey to coincide with my original launch date. Something about that seems poetic to me: like a circle restarting. 

There is a lot to do between now and then, and a lot of it is well underway already. So why this post on a website no one has thought about in ages? 

First, because it allows me to get my thoughts out as I go through this process, document all the little things that no one really gets to see. But more importantly, because a certain trail of breadcrumbs has led me back here, and this once defunct website will soon become very relevant once more. 

I want to thank everyone that supported me through my original journey. Those that stuck around through the good times, the tough times, and the times filled with nothing but silence. I will be forever grateful. 

But now is the start of a new era. A new adventure. A new CHAPTER. And I'm excited to take this journey.
